How far along do I need to be for the ultrasound?
Most providers recommend scheduling your 3D/4D ultrasound between 26 and 32 weeks of pregnancy. This window gives the best facial detail for your keepsake. Your provider can advise you on the ideal timing based on your specific situation.
Do I need to bring anything to my ultrasound appointment?
Nope! Just show up to your scheduled appointment. Your provider handles the scan and uploads the files directly to us through our secure portal. You don't need to transfer or manage any files yourself.
How long does it take to receive my keepsake?
From the date of your ultrasound, most orders are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Production takes 5–10 business days, and shipping within the US is free and typically takes 3–5 business days.
What's the difference between the Keepsake, Legacy, and Heirloom?
The Keepsake is a set of two 3–4 inch keychains featuring your baby's ultrasound likeness — perfect for parents to each carry one. The Legacy is a 6–8 inch statue displayed on an elegant marble base with an engraved name plaque. The Heirloom is a 6–8 inch freestanding statue without a base — it rests naturally based on the shape of your baby's scan, making each one truly one-of-a-kind.
Is the material safe for babies and children?
Absolutely. We use medical-grade, non-toxic resin that is completely baby-safe. While we don't recommend letting infants chew on the statue, it is perfectly safe to handle and display in a nursery or anywhere in your home.
What if my baby's face isn't clearly visible on the ultrasound?
Sometimes babies are shy! If the scan doesn't capture enough facial detail for a quality keepsake, your provider will let you know and may suggest rescheduling. We will never produce a piece we aren't proud of — if the scan data isn't sufficient, we'll work with you and your provider to find a solution.
Can I order without a provider near me?
Right now, orders require a scan from one of our partner providers so we can ensure the best quality files for your keepsake. If there isn't a provider near you, check our provider directory — we're adding new partners regularly. You can also ask your local ultrasound clinic if they'd like to join our network.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States with free standard shipping on every order. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be the first to know when it launches.
Can I order this as a gift for someone?
Yes! EverLittle keepsakes make an incredible gift for expecting parents. Every order arrives in a beautiful gift-ready box with a personal card. You can place the order and have it shipped directly to the recipient, or to yourself to wrap and give in person.
What is your return or satisfaction policy?
Because every keepsake is custom-made from your unique ultrasound scan, we cannot accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our work with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your keepsake arrives damaged or you're not happy with the craftsmanship, contact us and we'll make it right.
How is my ultrasound data handled?
Your privacy matters to us. Scan files are uploaded securely by your provider through our encrypted portal. We use your data only to produce your keepsake and never share it with third parties. After your order is fulfilled, your scan data is stored securely and can be deleted upon request.
