Refund policy

Thank you for choosing EverLittle. Because every keepsake is custom-crafted from your unique ultrasound scan, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

Custom-Made Products — No Standard Returns

All EverLittle keepsakes (The Keepsake, The Heirloom, and The Legacy) are individually handcrafted using your baby’s ultrasound data. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or preference-based reasons.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your keepsake is a one-of-a-kind, made-to-order product.

30-Day Quality Promise

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we create. If your keepsake arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet our stated quality standards, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Our quality promise covers:

  • Products damaged during shipping (cracks, chips, breaks)
  • Manufacturing defects (bubbles, warping, incomplete prints)
  • Significant deviation from the provided ultrasound scan

To submit a quality claim, email us at returns@everlittle3d.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim within 2 business days.

How We Resolve Quality Issues

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may:

  • Reproduce and ship a replacement keepsake at no additional cost
  • Repair the original piece if feasible
  • Issue a partial or full refund at our discretion

We reserve the right to request the return of the original item before shipping a replacement.

Order Cancellations

  • Before production begins: You may cancel your order for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • Once production has started: Cancellations are no longer possible, as materials and labor have already been committed to your custom piece.
  • Ultrasound not yet completed: If you have not yet had your ultrasound scan taken at a partner clinic, you may cancel for a full refund.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reproduce and reship your keepsake at no charge.
  • Incorrect address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, we will reship the order once updated information is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.

What Is Not Covered

This policy does not cover:

  • Dissatisfaction with how the keepsake looks compared to personal expectations (our keepsakes are faithful reproductions of the ultrasound data provided)
  • Damage caused by mishandling, dropping, or improper storage after delivery
  • Normal wear over time
  • Issues resulting from low-quality ultrasound scans or scans taken outside the recommended 26–32 week window

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
