How does the ordering process work?
It's simple — place your order online, schedule a 3D/4D ultrasound with one of our partner providers, attend your appointment, and we'll handle the rest. Your finished keepsake arrives at your door within 2–3 weeks of your scan.
When should I schedule my ultrasound?
The ideal window is between 26 and 32 weeks of pregnancy for the best facial detail. Your provider can help determine the perfect timing for your scan.
What material is used?
Every keepsake is crafted from medical-grade, non-toxic resin that is completely baby-safe. Each piece is hand-finished by our team for a smooth, high-quality result that will last a lifetime.
How long until I receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of your ultrasound appointment. Production takes 5–10 business days, plus free shipping within the US (3–5 business days).
What if the ultrasound scan isn't clear enough?
If your scan doesn't capture enough detail, your provider may suggest rescheduling. We never produce a piece we aren't proud of — we'll work with you and your provider to get the best result possible.
Can I order this as a gift?
Absolutely! Every order comes in a beautiful gift-ready box with a personal card. You can ship directly to the recipient or to yourself to give in person.
