How to upload
Provider Portal · Step-by-Step Guide
Uploading Your Scan File
A short walkthrough for clinic partners: how to send us the 3D/4D ultrasound scan (.vol file) for an order, right from your EverLittle Provider Portal.
When an EverLittle order is placed for one of your patients, it appears in your Provider Portal marked ▲ Needs Upload. Your only job is to attach the scan file from your ultrasound machine. We handle the cleanup, printing, and shipping from there.

Click Browse for file… and choose the scan exported from your ultrasound machine — usually a .vol file. Once selected, the box turns gold with a checkmark and shows the file name, and the Upload & Continue button becomes active.

Quick answers
What file should I upload?
The raw scan from your ultrasound machine. For most providers this is the .vol export — and it must be uncompressed (Cartesian) format, not compressed. We also accept .stl and .obj files. We strongly prefer the .vol whenever you can send it: it gives our team much more control over the final 3D model than a finished .stl or .obj mesh.
I don't have the file ready yet — can I come back?
Yes. The order stays in Needs Upload until you attach a file. Just log back into your portal and click Upload Scan whenever you're ready.
I uploaded the wrong file. How do I fix it?
Open the order again and use Re-upload Scan to replace it. The old file is removed automatically.
Do I need to clean up or edit the model first?
No. Upload the raw scan as-is — our team handles all cleanup and preparation for printing.
Where can I see the 3D model?
Once a .vol is uploaded, the order card shows a View .vol in 3D button so you can preview the scan right in your browser.
